The employee magazine appears monthly. Its 24 pages provide much space for reports from the mines located at the Saar and in the Ruhr, the coking plant and the other departments of RAG Aktiengesellschaft. Next to a corporate issue the magazine is published in nine further versions, each with a local part of four pages. In this manner “Steinkohle” communicates the business activities of the entire company to the employees and contributes to the integration of the different divisions.
