A memorial service was held for the victims of the RAF's "year of terror" in the Friedrichstadtkirche in Berlin on October 18, 2002 — the 25th anniversary of the "German autumn" of 1977. This book, which was conceived in cooperation with the Dresdner Bank, includes the texts of talks by Dieter Hundt, Karl Cardinal Lehmann, Johannes Rau and Bernd Fahrholz, as well as a journalistically presented chronology of the events of that period.
